Clear & Transparent Refunds for Digital Products
Digital Products
All products sold on PixelCraft are digital products. Once purchased and delivered, digital products cannot be returned in the traditional sense.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- The product was not delivered due to technical issues
- There was a mistake in the product purchased (e.g., wrong file)
- PixelCraft was unable to provide access to the product
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
